Saying that Attorney General Jeff Sessions is “missing in action” is on-target, not vitriolic (“Trump turns up heat against Sessions, his strongest ally in the Cabinet,” Web, Sept. 2).
Robert Mueller’s interminable, fraudulent, counter-productive and illegitimate investigation requires a strong and visible push-back, not silence. If Jeff Sessions is President Trump’s “strongest ally,” it’s past time for him to step up to the plate and speak the truth loudly, to address publicly the appalling lack of balance on the scale of justice.
This stunning vacuum is not helpful to those of us who “hunger and thirst for justice” and still expect it.
